Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder
Marcus brings over 18 years of experience in transportation technology and SaaS leadership. Before co-founding Charter Quote Pro, he served as VP of Operations at a major fleet management company overseeing 400+ vehicles across 12 states. His passion for solving real-world logistics challenges drove him to build the platform he always wished existed. He holds an MBA from the University of Texas and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering.
Priya Anand
Chief Technology Officer & Co-Founder
Priya is the engineering mind behind Charter Quote Pro's architecture. With a decade of experience building enterprise SaaS platforms, she led engineering teams at two successful startups before helping build Charter Quote Pro from the ground up. She is an advocate for clean code, thoughtful UX, and systems that scale gracefully. Priya holds a Master's in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
Derek Calloway
Senior Software Engineer
Derek is the backbone of Charter Quote Pro's backend infrastructure. He specializes in building high-performance APIs, real-time data systems, and cloud architecture that keeps the platform running flawlessly 24/7. Before joining the team, he worked as a senior engineer at a logistics SaaS firm where he built dispatch and routing systems serving tens of thousands of daily trips. Derek is passionate about reliability and performance at scale.
Sofia Nakamura
Full-Stack Developer & UX Specialist
Sofia bridges the gap between great design and clean code. She is responsible for the front-end experience across Charter Quote Pro — from the customer portal to the dispatch dashboard — ensuring every interaction feels intuitive and polished. With a background in both design and engineering, she brings a rare dual perspective that keeps our UI beautiful and our code maintainable. Sofia is also our resident accessibility advocate.
Jordan Ellis
Marketing & Growth Specialist
Jordan leads all of Charter Quote Pro's go-to-market strategy, brand development, and customer acquisition efforts. With a background in B2B SaaS marketing and a deep understanding of the transportation industry, he crafts campaigns that speak directly to the real challenges charter bus operators face every day. Jordan previously ran growth at a fleet-tech startup where he helped scale the customer base from 200 to 3,000+ companies in under two years.
